2021年,全球經濟(ji)(ji)仍處(chu)在(zai)中低(di)速(su)增(zeng)長軌(gui)道,大宗商品價(jia)格和(he)海運費用的(de)(de)上漲(zhang)改變行(xing)(xing)業(ye)成本結構,防(fang)疫物資需求的(de)(de)下降和(he)疫情(qing)期間(jian)大量產(chan)能(neng)的(de)(de)集中投入導致行(xing)(xing)業(ye)競爭(zheng)加(jia)劇,雖然(ran)非防(fang)疫物資領域反彈(dan)勢(shi)頭強勁,但(dan)整個行(xing)(xing)業(ye)受高(gao)基數效應影響呈(cheng)現(xian)深度調整的(de)(de)態勢(shi),主要經濟(ji)(ji)指標增(zeng)速(su)大幅下降。2021年1-11月行(xing)(xing)業(ye)規模以上企業(ye)的(de)(de)工業(ye)增(zeng)加(jia)值持續下滑,降幅為18.9%,但(dan)兩年平均增(zeng)速(su)仍達12.6%。
生產方面,1-11月規模以上企業的非(fei)織造布產(chan)量(liang)達到560.5萬噸(dun),同比(bi)下降1.5%;簾子布的產(chan)量(liang)為74.5萬噸(dun),同比(bi)增長24.7%。
經濟效益方面,1-11月(yue)產業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)用(yong)(yong)紡(fang)(fang)織(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)行業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)規模以上企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)營(ying)(ying)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)收(shou)入(ru)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)下(xia)降(jiang)14.4%,兩(liang)年平(ping)均(jun)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)13.5%,利(li)(li)潤(run)(run)(run)總額(e)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)下(xia)降(jiang)61.3%,兩(liang)年平(ping)均(jun)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)18.1%,營(ying)(ying)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)利(li)(li)潤(run)(run)(run)率(lv)(lv)為(wei)(wei)5.4%,同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)下(xia)降(jiang)6.5個(ge)百(bai)(bai)分(fen)(fen)點(dian)。分(fen)(fen)領域看,非(fei)織(zhi)(zhi)造布行業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)營(ying)(ying)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)收(shou)入(ru)和(he)利(li)(li)潤(run)(run)(run)總額(e)分(fen)(fen)別(bie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)下(xia)降(jiang)23.2%和(he)72.5%,營(ying)(ying)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)利(li)(li)潤(run)(run)(run)率(lv)(lv)為(wei)(wei)5.3%,較上年同(tong)(tong)(tong)期下(xia)降(jiang)9.5個(ge)百(bai)(bai)分(fen)(fen)點(dian);繩、索、纜行業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)營(ying)(ying)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)收(shou)入(ru)和(he)利(li)(li)潤(run)(run)(run)總額(e)分(fen)(fen)別(bie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)9.7%和(he)14.2%,營(ying)(ying)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)利(li)(li)潤(run)(run)(run)率(lv)(lv)為(wei)(wei)4.9%,同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)加0.2個(ge)百(bai)(bai)分(fen)(fen)點(dian);紡(fang)(fang)織(zhi)(zhi)帶(dai)和(he)簾子(zi)布市場延續(xu)了良好的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展勢頭,營(ying)(ying)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)收(shou)入(ru)和(he)利(li)(li)潤(run)(run)(run)總額(e)分(fen)(fen)別(bie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)18.6%和(he)80.2%,營(ying)(ying)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)利(li)(li)潤(run)(run)(run)率(lv)(lv)達到5.3%,同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)1.8個(ge)百(bai)(bai)分(fen)(fen)點(dian);篷、帆(fan)布的(de)(de)(de)營(ying)(ying)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)收(shou)入(ru)和(he)利(li)(li)潤(run)(run)(run)總額(e)分(fen)(fen)別(bie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)23.6%和(he)34.1%,6.1%的(de)(de)(de)營(ying)(ying)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)利(li)(li)潤(run)(run)(run)率(lv)(lv)為(wei)(wei)行業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)最高(gao);醫療衛生、過濾、土工用(yong)(yong)紡(fang)(fang)織(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)所(suo)在的(de)(de)(de)其他(ta)產業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)用(yong)(yong)紡(fang)(fang)織(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)營(ying)(ying)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)收(shou)入(ru)和(he)利(li)(li)潤(run)(run)(run)總額(e)分(fen)(fen)別(bie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)下(xia)降(jiang)22.5%和(he)63.9%,營(ying)(ying)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)利(li)(li)潤(run)(run)(run)率(lv)(lv)為(wei)(wei)5.5%,同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)下(xia)降(jiang)6.3個(ge)百(bai)(bai)分(fen)(fen)點(dian)。
國際貿易方面,根據(ju)(ju)中(zhong)國(guo)海關(guan)數據(ju)(ju),2021年(nian)(nian)1-11月我(wo)國(guo)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)用(yong)(yong)紡織(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)主要(yao)(yao)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(按出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)金額(e)排(pai)名前(qian)十二類產(chan)(chan)品(pin))的(de)(de)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)額(e)為391.1億(yi)(yi)美元,同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)下降53.0%。分產(chan)(chan)品(pin)來(lai)看(kan)(kan),未列(lie)名紡織(zhi)(zhi)制成品(pin)(主要(yao)(yao)為口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)罩(zhao))目前(qian)是行業(ye)最大(da)(da)的(de)(de)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)產(chan)(chan)品(pin),但因國(guo)外對口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)罩(zhao)需求的(de)(de)大(da)(da)幅(fu)回落其出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)額(e)已較上(shang)年(nian)(nian)同(tong)(tong)(tong)期(qi)下降了77.0%,出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)均(jun)價(jia)(jia)(jia)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)下降73.5%;氈(zhan)布(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)/帳篷(peng)、產(chan)(chan)業(ye)用(yong)(yong)涂層織(zhi)(zhi)物等傳統(tong)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)的(de)(de)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)額(e)分別同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長52.7%和33.6%,出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)均(jun)價(jia)(jia)(jia)分別同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長13.7%和8.5%;合成革及(ji)(ji)革基布(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)額(e)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長44.7%,出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)均(jun)價(jia)(jia)(jia)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長13.3%。非織(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)布(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)及(ji)(ji)相(xiang)關(guan)制品(pin)的(de)(de)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)呈現(xian)不同(tong)(tong)(tong)走勢,卷(juan)材出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)41.6億(yi)(yi)美元,同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)下降9.0%,出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)量126.0萬噸,同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)小幅(fu)上(shang)漲0.8%,出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)均(jun)價(jia)(jia)(jia)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)下滑9.8%;化纖非織(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)布(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)制防護(hu)服(fu)(含醫用(yong)(yong)防護(hu)服(fu))出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)20.9億(yi)(yi)美元,同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)下降80.2%,出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)均(jun)價(jia)(jia)(jia)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)大(da)(da)幅(fu)下降60.6%;一(yi)次性(xing)衛生用(yong)(yong)品(pin)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)22.5億(yi)(yi)美元,同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長10.5%,出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)均(jun)價(jia)(jia)(jia)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長4.8%。從整體看(kan)(kan),價(jia)(jia)(jia)格是影響(xiang)我(wo)國(guo)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)用(yong)(yong)紡織(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速的(de)(de)主要(yao)(yao)因素(su)。
預計,2021年(nian)全年(nian)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)用(yong)紡織品行業(ye)(ye)的運行將(jiang)延(yan)續(xu)目前深度調(diao)整(zheng)的態勢;2022年(nian),隨(sui)著高基數效應的逐(zhu)漸消退,預計行業(ye)(ye)的各項生產(chan)和經濟指標(biao)將(jiang)回歸正常水平,行業(ye)(ye)將(jiang)逐(zhu)步走出調(diao)整(zheng)期(qi)重入增長通(tong)道。
